When the elements kick in, the temperature drops, the leaves fall from the tree, and the layers go on.  And clothing layers aren’t the only layer!  We mean layers of fun, duh.  We know it’s not winter YET, but that doesn’t stop us from some afternoon libations and blazing the fire pit for the day.  Random Saturday bonding time!

We are just over the moon excited to announce a new addition to our growing family of properties.  Cotswold/Matthews has a new addition!  Kelford was recently added after a two month extensive updating to bring it to our family’s standards.  The best part about the place is that it opens to McAlpine Park Greenway.  Come check us out and see our purposeful growth!
