CharlotteFive featured an article recently touting the health benefits of beer as well as answering the question “How many beers have you earned through that fitness activity?” Clearly we can’t deny our love of partaking, but they did miss out on the most important part! The joy of belonging to a community and having some great, like-minded people enjoying these events with you.

Drinking beer is really healthy in fairness. But of course we have to know our moderation when it comes to drinking because all too much are bad to our health. But if you are going to combine it with a healthy lifestyle and good eating habit, there's a higher chance that everything will be balanced. You guys just proved that it's possible. I am enticed to try doing yoga because of this. I used to be a hardcore drinker before, but I totally changed!
