You can cancel your move-in through your Member Portal. Please Note: Refunds will be issued based on the day and time of your cancellation. Refunds will take at least one week to process.

Members who believe that the quality of their Community Room Rental room was not as advertised or up to specification may request a free transfer or refund on move-in day if they meet these criteria.
