When logging into your Online Portal, you will see options to Pay Rent as well as Submit Maintenance Request.

In the Maintenance Request section, note the item you are experiencing issues with, providing any pictures or videos to help our technicians troubleshoot in advance and show up prepared to resolve the item.

 

Once submitted, our team will triage the item within 24 hours. If it can be resolved via text or email, our team will reach out immediately with pertinent next steps, including instructional videos.

 

If we cannot resolve the item immediately, we will pass your request to our Maintenance Team or an appropriate vendor. Once either of these two receive the request, they will schedule a time via the portal.

 

Once the maintenance item is addressed, our main office will close out the request. If you feel that the request was not completed to your satisfaction, submit a new request where it will be given priority as a re-request.
