Payment Application Policy: Please note that any payments made are applied to your ledger in a specific order: first to any outstanding administrative fees, parking fees, and utility charges, and lastly to rent.

Notice regarding Parking: Non-payment of the monthly parking fee will result in the vehicle being classified as unauthorized. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner's expense in accordance with N.C.G.S. § 20-219.2. If a partial payment is made that does not cover the parking fee, the vehicle remains subject to towing.

While we understand that there are times when everyone gets behind, there are several important things to note about carrying a balance with Community Room Rental.

Balances under $299

• If you carry a balance past your Dues Day, a $25 late fee will be applied to your account on every billing cycle that you remain behind (see, fee? For more information).
• You will receive automated communications concerning late fees and payments. Our Collections team may also call with reminders to pay your balance.
