We have a streamlined process that makes it easy and comfortable for you to find the room you're looking for:

1.   You can view all our room virtually in the ad with a 3D walk through that includes notes on parts of the house to understand more of how it operates.

2.   If you have questions about it, check out our FAQs in our Help Center.

3.   If you like what you see, submit an application in next to the 3D walk through in the Availability page.

4.   After applications are processed, we setup a Zoom/FaceTime call to walk you through the next steps.

5.   Once completed, we send you the codes for the house (all doors are electronic) and you move in on your schedule, preferably during daylight hours as to not disturb others.
