ENDING A MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE COMMITMENT TERM ENDS

If you want to leave before your commitment term ends, contact CRR before making final arrangements. Please provide your desired move-out date, the reason for the request, your preferred payment arrangement, and a forwarding address. Giving at least 30 days' notice gives us the best opportunity to review available solutions.

If you are within the final 30 days of your commitment term and provide the notice required by your Membership Agreement, an early-exit charge generally does not apply.

For an earlier release, CRR will review the Membership Agreement, account ledger, requested date, circumstances, and available solutions. Depending on the applicable agreement and circumstances, a standard breakage amount of up to two months may remain due, subject to case-specific review and any requirements of applicable law.

Any security deposit is handled separately through the documented move-out and deposit-disposition process under the Membership Agreement and applicable law. It is not automatically forfeited merely because an early release is requested.



No team member can promise a final charge, waiver, credit, or refund before the required review and approval are complete. CRR may offer a payment arrangement, voluntary mutual termination, transfer, or another documented solution when appropriate.
