There is no penalty for moving out in the last 30 days of your commitment term since you’ve paid your dues in full.

Early termination results in a 2-month penalty and forfeit of deposit. If the penalty is paid before moving out, Members in otherwise good standing are eligible for their deposit return as per the terms of the Membership Agreement.

If you have made the decision to break your commitment term, the Next Step is to email our Member Team at Info@CommunityRoomRental.com the following information:

1. Desired termination date (reminder that it must be at least 30 days out).
2. Reason for need to terminate commitment (i.e. job relocation, family, etc).  Depending upon the situation, our team may offer assistance.
3. Preferred manner to settle breakage fee (Zelle and Venmo accepted) or a short term payment plan of up to 2 months.
4. Forwarding address (if known).
