Yes. Members may make partial or full payments in advance through the Member Portal, and all payments are tracked on the account ledger.

For applicants, prepaid dues may be considered in some cases as part of application review, but prepaid dues do not replace the need for verifiable income, a qualified cosigner, or another approved financial support structure.
