Can more than one person be assigned to a room?
Our co-living spaces are designed to foster a vibrant, community-focused environment. To ensure fairness and consistency for all residents, our policy assigns one person per bedroom; assigning more than one person to a room is not within our policy design. This approach helps maintain a balanced living experience and equal access to space for everyone in our community.
Additionally, we adhere to county codes limiting the number of unrelated people living in a house together (single room occupancy).
