After your application is approved, you can proceed with a Zoom (remote) interview to help answer any lingering questions you may have. Afterwards you are sent your lease and payment instructions. In general, the entire process can take 48 hours to complete.

Community Room Rental provides move-in support during the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm EST, M-F. We highly encourage Members to plan to move-in to their home during these times. While most move-ins are quick, we recommend that you allot several hours for your move-in, just in case.

Move-ins that are made outside of these hours are not eligible for a refund if issues arise.
