The following expiration dates apply to your application:

• Once approved, your background check is valid for 6 months. You will have to re-apply if you have waited more than 6 months to book your room.
• Income verification documents are valid for 90 days. You will need to resubmit these documents if you have waited more than 90 days to book your room.
• If your employment, income, room selection, move-in date, or other application details change, we may request updated documentation earlier.
