VIOLENCE, THREATS, AND SAFETY CONCERNS
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. Members may also seek assistance from law enforcement or the courts, including a protective order when appropriate.
Report violence, threats, or urgent safety concerns to CRR as soon as it is safe to do so. Please provide the date, time, location, people involved, witnesses, police or court documentation, and any available messages, photos, or video.
CRR will escalate credible safety concerns to Leadership and will separate:
- the report or allegation;
- immediate safety precautions;
- the available facts and internal findings; and
- any longer-term membership or legal decision.
Depending on the circumstances, CRR may offer safety planning, a voluntary transfer, a voluntary move-out or mutual termination, financial concessions, or other reasonable measures. A temporary protective order or similar filing triggers immediate Leadership review and compliance with the order; it does not by itself replace the fact review or any legally required possession process.
Leadership decides whether the matter remains a coach-up issue or moves to coach-out. CRR cannot guarantee a particular police, court, or membership outcome. Any involuntary removal will follow the process required by the Membership Agreement and applicable law.
