Three Key Policies

THREE KEYS POLICY

Every Community Room Rental member begins with three Keys. A Key may be removed when CRR verifies a Membership Guidelines violation using available documentation, direct observations, or consistent statements. The member will be told the policy involved and given an opportunity to respond, unless immediate safety action is required.

FIRST KEY REMOVAL
CRR provides written notice identifying the verified conduct and the applicable Help Center policy.

SECOND KEY REMOVAL
CRR provides written notice. An applicable fine or documented cost may be assessed only after the incident, evidence, and account ledger have been reviewed.

THIRD KEY REMOVAL
The case is escalated to Leadership for review. Leadership decides the appropriate next step based on the complete history, severity, safety concerns, evidence, and the member's response. Options may include a final opportunity to correct the conduct, a voluntary move-out or mutual termination, nonrenewal, or remedies available under the Membership Agreement and applicable law. A third Key removal does not by itself bypass any required legal or court process.

KEY EXPIRATION AND RESTORATION
Each removed Key expires automatically 12 months after the date that specific Key was assessed. If more than one Key has been removed, each Key has its own separate 12-month expiration date. Separately, once in any rolling 12-month period, measured from the date of the member’s last formally recorded Key restoration, a member may have one active removed Key formally restored early by completing the one-hour Co-Living University at https://www.communityroomrental.com/assessment and sending CRR confirmation of completion. Course completion alone does not restore a Key; CRR must approve and confirm that the restoration has been recorded.

SAFETY
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. Reports involving violence, threats, or urgent safety concerns are escalated to Leadership. An allegation starts a safety and fact review; it does not automatically establish fault. CRR may use reasonable safety measures while reviewing the matter. Any involuntary removal will follow the process required by the Membership Agreement and applicable law.
