Why do you only offer virtual showings?

Due to the overwhelming demand for our spaces, we’ve worked hard to create a seamless and efficient process for prospective tenants to explore and understand our offerings. We’ve found that providing a virtual walkthrough of each space—complete with embedded notes throughout the tour—offers a comprehensive way for you to experience the layout and feel of the home, without the need for an in-person visit right away. Along with the walkthrough, we also include a companion video that explains What We Do and How We Do It, giving you a deeper understanding of our approach to co-living and how we prioritize creating a positive, community-driven environment. This combination of resources, along with access to our Help Center, equips you with the information needed to make an informed decision about moving forward with your application.


Once your application is processed, we go a step further by offering a live Zoom meeting with one of our agents. This meeting is a great opportunity to ask any specific questions you might have about the space, the community, or the logistics of moving in. We’re happy to take the time to walk you through any details you’re unsure about, ensuring that you’re confident in your decision before moving forward.


In limited cases, after an application has been submitted and approved, our team may be able to coordinate a courtesy walkthrough or video call depending on availability, current resident privacy, and team scheduling. The 3D tour remains the primary way to review the room and home before applying.
