To protect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of current Members, we primarily use photos, descriptions, and 3D tours instead of routine in-person showings.
The 3D tour is the fastest way to understand the layout, room, shared spaces, and overall feel of the home before applying.
If you have specific questions after reviewing the listing and 3D tour, our team can help walk you through the details.
In limited cases, after an application has been submitted and approved, we may be able to coordinate a courtesy walkthrough or video call, depending on availability and the current residents’ privacy.
If something at move-in is materially different from the listing, please contact Member Services immediately so we can review and resolve the issue under our move-in and refund policies.
