Viewing, booking, and applying for Membership is easy.
1. Review available rooms
Go to the Availability page and browse open rooms by location, price, and move-in timing.
2. Take the 3D tour
Click into the property listing and use the 3D tour to review the room, common areas, and layout.
3. Apply
When you find a room that looks like a fit, click Apply Now. You’ll pay the application fee and provide the information needed to run screening and verify income.
4. Application review
We review identity, income, credit, background, eviction history, documentation, and overall fit for shared community living.
5. Approval and room security
If approved, we send your lease and payment instructions. The room is secured once the lease is signed, required payment is made, and move-in date is confirmed.
