Community Room Rental is generally a pet-free community.

Assistance animals, including service animals and emotional support animals, are not considered pets and may be reviewed through our reasonable accommodation process.

If you need an assistance animal as a reasonable accommodation, please contact Community Room Rental before move-in so we can review the request and any required supporting information.

Depending on the request, we may ask for reliable documentation supporting the disability-related need for the assistance animal when that need is not obvious.

Approved assistance animals must follow reasonable health, safety, cleanliness, and behavior standards. Members are responsible for damage caused by the animal.
