Do you allow pets?

No, Community Room Rental does not allow pets of any kind.


Certified Service and Emotional Support Animals are not considered pets and will be allowed in Community Room Rental homes, if approved. Service and Emotional Support Animals MUST be registered with Community Room Rental before you begin your Community Room Rental stay. To begin the approval and registration process for a certified service or emotional support animal, please contact Community Room Rental prior to booking a room. The following rules apply:

  • Documentation must be sent at least 4 days prior to move-in date. You will need to provide Community Room Rental with the following:
  • Proof of service or support certification
  • Doctor’s note that prescribes a service or support animal
  • Record of rabies and all relevant vaccinations
  • Please note:
  • Only 1 registered animal per Member is allowed at this time.
  • Registered animals must be older than 6 months.
  • Registered animals must be always leashed or crated and with the Member. The Member is responsible for cleaning up any messes and paying for any damages related to the registered animal. The registered animal must not produce excess noise. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a key removal for the Member.
