If you have already applied and been approved, your background screening may remain valid for up to 6 months, but income verification documents are generally valid for 90 days. We may request updated information before booking a room if your income, employment, move-in date, or application details change.

You may also choose a current available room and later request a transfer if another location becomes available, subject to transfer policy and availability.
