Pricing posted on our Availability page is based on a 12-month lease unless otherwise stated.



Shorter lease terms include an additional monthly premium:

• 3-month lease: advertised rate + $200/month
• 6-month lease: advertised rate + $150/month
• 9-month lease: advertised rate + $100/month
• 12-month lease: advertised rate + $0/month

We encourage longer-term stays because they create more stability for the home and community.
