What’s the process to get a room (membership)?

1. Review availability online

Browse available rooms, photos, pricing, and 3D tours.


2. Take the 3D tour

The 3D tour lets you see the room, shared spaces, layout, and overall feel of the home before applying.


3. Apply for the room

Once you find a room that looks like a fit, submit the application directly from the listing.


4. Complete application review

We review identity, income, credit, background, eviction history, documentation, move-in timing, and overall fit for shared community living.


5. Complete any missing items

If anything is missing, unclear, or requires additional review, our team will contact you.


6. Approval and lease

If approved, we will send your lease and payment instructions.


7. Secure the room

A room is secured only after the lease is signed, required payment/deposit is received, and the move-in date is confirmed.


8. Move-in instructions

Once everything is complete, we’ll send access and move-in instructions.
