1. Explore the Room Virtually: To begin, you can view all available rooms through the detailed ad, which includes a 3D walkthrough of the space. This allows you to explore the layout and get a clear sense of how the house operates. You'll also find helpful notes throughout the tour that highlight key features of the house, such as amenities, common areas, and the overall vibe of the space, giving you a complete understanding of what to expect.
2. Have Questions? If anything is unclear or you need more information, don’t hesitate to check out our extensive FAQs in our Help Center. We’ve put together answers to common questions that can provide additional details about the house, the neighborhood, and the co-living experience. It’s a great resource for any quick queries you may have.
3. Apply for the Room: Once you’ve found a room you’re interested in, and you’re ready to move forward, simply submit an application directly from the Availability page next to the 3D walkthrough. It’s an easy-to-follow process that ensures all necessary details are captured for us to review your application quickly.
4. Next Steps: After we process your application, we’ll schedule a Zoom or FaceTime call to walk you through the next steps in the process. This call is an opportunity to answer any remaining questions, discuss the terms of your lease, and go over any other important details. It’s a chance to make sure everything is clear and that you’re ready to make your move.
5. Finalizing Your Move-In: Once everything is completed, we’ll send you the access codes for the house (all doors are electronic, so it’s secure and convenient). You can move in on your own schedule, but we recommend arriving during daylight hours to avoid disturbing others. We want to make your transition as smooth as possible, and we’ll be here to assist every step of the way.
