If your application is not approved based on information from a credit, background, eviction, or tenant-screening report, you may receive an adverse action notice with information about your screening report rights.



Depending on the results of the review, some applicants may still qualify with additional documentation, a qualified cosigner, prepaid dues, or another approved condition. If no approved path is available, the application will not be approved.
