Your monthly membership covers all your standard utilities—electricity, gas, water—as well as ultra-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi, trash pickup, and access to our full-time maintenance team for any issues that may come up. We’re committed to making your experience hassle-free, so you don’t have to worry about setting up accounts, splitting bills with housemates, or unexpected charges.
To maintain a clean, welcoming environment for everyone, professional maid service is also included for shared spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. This service is arranged by the community and comes at a nominal fee per month per resident, separate from your base rent. It's a small contribution that goes a long way in keeping the house enjoyable for everyone—no awkward cleaning schedules or disagreements over chores.
