Our spaces are nothing without the people who bring them to life. It’s not the furniture or the layout that creates a sense of home—it’s the community, the shared experiences, and the energy that each member contributes. At the core of everything we do is the belief that people thrive when they feel connected, supported, and seen. That’s why we focus so much on building a community where individuals can not only live but also truly belong.
When you live here, you’re not just renting a room—you’re stepping into a vibrant, growing network of individuals who, like you, are looking for more than just four walls. You’ll find endless opportunities to start interesting conversations, collaborate on creative ideas, exchange life stories, and create memories that make everyday life feel a little more special. Whether it’s a shared dinner in the kitchen, a casual living room movie night, or a spontaneous discussion about travel, work, or passions, the connections formed here are often the best part of the experience.
Our members come from all walks of life, bringing with them diverse backgrounds, experiences, and goals. You'll meet creatives, tech professionals, startup founders, healthcare workers, hospitality managers, engineers, consultants, nonprofit leaders, and more. They range in age from their 20s to their 50s, with a median age of around 36. This diversity doesn’t just add richness to the community—it creates a space where everyone can learn from one another, broaden their perspectives, and feel comfortable being themselves.
And while age might come up in conversation from time to time, it’s never the defining factor. After all, age is just a number—but adulting, with all its responsibilities, challenges, and victories, is the common thread that ties us all together. Whether you’re just getting your footing in a new city, making a career pivot, or simply craving more meaningful connections in your day-to-day life, you’ll find people here who are on the same path—or who’ve been where you are and are happy to support you along the way.
Many of our residents are new to town, just like you might be. They’re looking not only for a place to stay but also for genuine connection. They want more than a building—they want to know their neighbors, to have a go-to person to grab coffee with, and to feel at ease when they walk through the front door. They’re looking for people who are open, curious, and community-minded. In other words: they’re looking for YOU.
