How does Community Room Rental review credit?
Community Room Rental reviews credit as part of the full application process. Credit is not the only factor we consider, but it helps determine whether an applicant qualifies for standard approval, conditional approval, management review, or additional requirements.
In general:
- Applicants with credit scores of 670 or higher generally qualify for standard approval if all other criteria are met.
- Applicants with credit scores below 670 may still qualify but may require additional review, higher deposit, qualified cosigner, prepaid dues, or management approval.
- Applicants below 620 require management review.
- Applicants below 550 are generally considered high risk and are not usually approvable without strong compensating factors.
We also review income, identity, background, eviction history, documentation, move-in timing, and overall fit for shared community living.
